Face2Face Inc. (Us, We, and It's) and the services it provides to Participants, Mailing List and Web-Site Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as it's "Users", "You and "Your" strives to facilitate introductions of people.

This is a legal agreement (Agreement) between you and Face2Face. By using the Face2Facestlouis.com web site, joining its mailing list or participating in its events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not use the Face2Face web site, join mailing list (s) nor participate in its events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by Face2Face.

Users must be 18 years or older. Any and all information Users provide to Face2Face will be true, complete, and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. User will obey all applicable laws and regulations while using the Face2Face Web site and while attending Face2Face events.

Face2Face makes no representation to Users or others that efforts or services will result in any (matches) as defined within the Face2Face.com Web-site nor will result in any future meeting or date other Face2Face events participants.

If you choose to register for events you affirm that all the information is true and that you are available and not otherwise attached. However, Face2Face does not scrutinize or otherwise check the validity of, or backgrounds of, any User or participant of its events including another Participants marital status. Users affirm that it is User's full, complete ands sole responsibility to perform these actions, if desired, to your satisfaction.

Face2Face holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another individual and yourself that you meet as a result of a Face2Face event.

Occasionally there may be press or media that may attend an event. Although not a regular occurrence, cameras may be present at out events. There may be photos and videos taken and posted on the face2face website. We will use our best efforts to communicate and ensure that those participants who do not wish to be on film are not photographed, although Face2Face make no representations or guaranteed whatsoever regarding whether a Participant is or is not actually photographed. Further, Users agrees and understands that by attending an event, he or she may be filmed or recorded and he or she will receive no compensation whatsoever for this.

Face2Face is neither responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind including any misinterpretations, error or omission of Users Match Sheets results. Furthermore, users agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Face2Face,its owners, officers, directors, consultants, event coordinators as defined with (Face2facestlouis.com web site),agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of counsel), actions, proceeding, liabilities, or investigations (whether formal or informal), Or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, arising in connection with your attendance at any of the Face2Face events, any and all services that Face2Face provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on YOUR own volition and YOUR own time with others who have participated in Face2Face events. Further, YOU agree not to initiate any claim whatever against Face2Face as a result of any Face2Face gatherings or dating activities and you affirm that you take sole and complete responsibilities for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

Face2Face reserves the right to reject User's registration to any Face2Face event for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund Users registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any Face2Face event.

By completing the registration process for a Face2Face event users hereby agrees to pay the event fee charge shown on the payment page of the Face2Face website or cancellation fee (if applicable, as per Face2Face cancellation policy) and further affirms that the user will not receives any matches form the vent or for any other reason. If there is a dispute regarding payment or the services provided by Face2Face, user agrees to expeditiously contact Face2Face to resolve said dispute before escalating the dispute to user's credit card company.

All sale are final. In the event of a cancellation, a credit will be used for a future event. All credits must be used within one year of issue of the credit.

User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services whatever to any participant of any Face2Face event during an event.

User acknowledges that if he or she works for, is contracted by, pr plans to work or be contracted by any similarly competing service, user will not be able to attend any Face2Face event without the express permission of Face2Face prior registering.

User affirms that you have read and understand the Face2Face CANCELLATION POLICY.

Face2Face owns and retains all propriety rights in all services offered by Face2Face including any and all content of the Face2Face.com web sire and paper materials provided at Face2Face events. The terms and phrases "Face2Face" are trademarks of Face2Face LLC.

Face2Face keeps all information supplied by you and confidential, including credit card data. However, by user providing Face2Face users e-mail address, photos of themselves, and telephone numbers while at a Face2Face events, user authorizes Face2Face to release said information to other users who you match with.
